I’m honestly baffled. My dog Simba — a boxer, black lab, pittie mix with plenty of energy but not exactly a super‑chewer — received this Yeti doll on February 15th. Within days, he had chewed the hand clean off and yanked the rope straight out of the doll’s body. I expected at least a little durability, but this thing didn’t stand a chance. This is a great toy!!! My dog has lots of toys. But one of the problems is he has trouble getting the squeaker to squeak. He's an 18 lb terrier mix, and those squeakers are just elusive. Breaks my heart. This one, though, the squeakers (there are two) are in small areas (head and tail), that are easy for him to get his whole mouth around and squeak. They also don't move, which also makes them easy to squeak. So he's been squeaking up a storm since he got this! Two weeks later she chewed off a third foot. Miraculously no stuffing was exposed. It has now been a month and the toy is still going strong, albeit with one foot! She loves it. It is now June 1st. It has been almost three months and I am retiring the toy. It no longer has any feet and the tail has been ripped open and stuffing is coming out. All in all I think I got my money's worth from this toy. I ordered another one. She still loves it!
