(B-39" W-27" H-37")Vintage WWII US Army Nurse ANC hospital uniform dress with belt and insignia. MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Bust 39" Waist 27" Hips 37" Length 43" Belt 30" Army nurse caduceus and U. S. insignia pins on the collar. 1st lieutenant rank bars on the shoulders. The belt seems a bit big for the dress but both pieces are named to Beck N2271. The dress and belt have mother of pearl buttons attached with cotter pins. The sleeves have mother of pearl cuff links.
