There are same blank pages in the back for notes. The notes portion is the only part that seems to be used. Several of the blank pages are missing. It is in overall good condition. Better than expected
I bought this thinking it was just like any other cabin air filter that fit my truck. It fits my truck perfectly. The Surprise was that it has a carbon filter side and is very well made. I can recommend this to you, and I will buy it again when it is time for a replacement.

Fit well
Seemed to fit in very well, was easy to install, and doesn't smell. I could see the charcoal beads on one side, which should help to pull out any contaminates; much better than the oem paper filters. Good value for the money.

Great product and price
Great price and works really well. Ford make it a little challenging to change this as you gave to remove the glove box but filter fitted perfectly and the musty smell has gone now.
