I love these pillow cases! They are the best cooling pillowcases I have found. They do still eventually absorb the body heat and need to be flipped over but so far, the cooling effect of these cases outlasts the rest. I have had them for 5 years now and will not use any other cases. They are smooth like silk so I think they are good for my hair as well.
