60s Fat Lava UFO STYLE VASE, design Heinz Siery for Carstens Tönnieshof WestgermanyThis eye catching red FAT LAVA UFO VASE was designed by Heinz Siery for the Westgerman pottery manufacturer Carstens Tnnieshof. With shining red glaze at the top and black fat lava at the bottom, this interesting shaped vase is a typical ceramic art collectible of the space era in the 1960s. The vase has some production related glaze flaws and a tiny professionally repaired chip at the top (0. 012" 0. 03cm). Besides, it's in good vintage condition.

Some didn’t stand out as a good fragrance I liked. They weren’t a bad smell just not what I wanted.
Scent: COLOGNE COLLECTION, Size: 5 Ounce (Pack of 6)
I was reluctant about ordering fragrant soap. I had a bad experience with another popular brand that smelled horrible. This actually had a couple fragrance I liked. The musk is my favorite.

An epic naval history decades in the making
Format: Hardcover
Excellent ending to Dr. Rodger's three book series "A Naval History of Britain", with the same level of detail and interesting presentation of facts I have come to expect from reading other of his works over the years. For anyone interested in a comprehensive naval history of Britain (from which the US Navy inherited much of its tradition), I would highly recommend this series. In addition, "The Wooden World: An Anatomy of the Georgian Navy" is also quite a good read. My (incomplete, sadly) collection of Dr. Rodger's works will continue to hold a special place on my naval history shelf for easy reference in the future. I also hope Dr. Rodger's health has improved. The shipper unfortunately did not pack this book well, resulting in minor damage (mostly cosmetic - book is still entirely readable).

Answers Many Questions about Naval Developments
Format: Hardcover
The history offers a detailed and well organized account of the Royal Navy as it transitioned from sail to steam. Coverage included personalities, technology, tactics and strategy. The combination provided a complete appreciation of the dynamics at play, some unexpectedly. The details might be a bit much for a casual reader but offered plenty of avenues for research not available or compiled in one source. I look forward to the final volume, which should describe another watershed era.
