Better than anticipated! Loved the size, the ease with which it was put up, and the height! Not a fan of how the "room divider" divides, but it works. Despite the photos, for some reason I was expecting a little more separation, but you have to go through the first 'room' to access the second. Other tents that I looked at that had 2 rooms had 2 side-by-side entrances. Still, very pleased with the tent overall. Did not get to test the water resistance, luckily, but it does seem like a good, sturdy tent that is easy to put up, even with three 7 year old boys running around the camp site.

Also floor had pin holes first use which I think after several uses will develope bigger holes. Very thin material. Also came with no setup instructions but that was easy to figure out.
