It features a blackened brass buckle and United Carr rivets. The cam lever's underside is slightly covered in verdigris but does not appear to be marked with a patent number, approximately dating its production from mid to late 1944. I bought this for a work space where coworkers kept stealing the charging blocks needed for essential equipment to use for their phones and unplugging essential equipment to plug in their phones.
