I have only been using it for about half a month, I take a lot of supplements daily, for I believe in them at 83 years old they work for me. No real health issues, other than this skin thing, the itching and burning, creams help, but you need to almost take a bath in them almost daily. I love the inside out concept of control or stopping the itching and burning. I can say that the itching and burning seems less after half a month of use, but only time will tell, that is the real test. TIME
