It is entirely Sangiovese, vinified using indigenous ferments in first Stainless steel then aged in large oval oak barrels for two years. So far so good! Our Belgian Malinois/Black Lab mix goes through other brands of squeaky tennis balls in a matter of days. Including the ones that cost 2.00 a piece.
