Our velvets are washed and dyed in France in beautiful jewel like colours. *Our velvet is made and dyed in small batches, so the colour and quality may vary slightly between batches. The ball bearings make them roll smooth. I've put plenty of pressure through them and no bending or breaking. The middle sized unit is probably the most useful. The small one has it's uses but can act like a pizza cutter and easily go through sound deadening mats. The large one has a little too much surface area to get a good crush on the mats.
