I bought this brand new from this seller. Everything was wrapped up and NWT. No scuffs or anything. The strap length is great, and the coach quality is good. I must say, it is small and more suitable for a night out than an everyday bag. I got this on a sale for around $200, which is a steal! A great value for money.
