26" Square Pillow InsertOur poly fill pillow inserts have a sewn hydrophobic liner. They are very durable for many years of use. (Our standard VPS Package pillows, as shown in the photo, are 22" and take a 22" insert.) Measure from seam, across pillow, to opposite seam to get your approximate pillow size or contact us to see what you ordered previously.

Tastes a Bit Off but Works Well
With it being in a capsule you wouldn’t expect much of a taste but it definitely has one and it’s pretty unpleasant. Nothing too strong just that typical supplement aftertaste. I’d recommend taking it with food or you’ll probably get those nasty tasting burps later. No stomach issues for me though. Overall it seems like a good product and I’d still recommend it.
