117 Star In Service FlagUS son in service flag for a small town and hung in a town hall. I was not able to discover which town hall but It was somewhere in North East Ohio. The flag was found in Lisbon, Ohio. The flag is simply made from scrap material with blue fuzzy paper stars. There is a fair amount of staining and the glue on the stars bled through to the back side. Also there is some random paper bits stuck to the back side which I believe was the scrap paper they laid

There is a velcro spot at the base where you can open it and insert the water bottle for the noise factor and your dogs entertainment. I've yet to do that, but feel like my dog is gonna figure out the velcro and get the bottle out in no time. Seems like a waste of money. I could just give her an empty water bottle without the toy for free.
