It also helps to keep the cold air from going up the sleeves. I also like the size as I can curl up on the couch and there is enough blanket to cover my bended knees. I would think this would be the case for anyone up to 200 lbs. The galaxy print was very cute and perfect for a man. I loved this so much, I placed an order for one for myself.
