Army Air Force officer's "Flighter" crusher cap manufactured by Bancroft Cap Co. of Framingham, Massachusetts. This cap is constructed of gabardine wool and features a russet brown leather chinstrap, rarely seen backstrap, and single ply "crushable" visor. It is of particularly early manufacture, as indicated by the gold embossed "Flighter" marking, with just "BY BANCROFT" beneath it. This style of marking

Thin, sticky, & hi-heat tolerant!
This tape is thin and doesn’t leave imprints on heat pressed apparel! I’ve used it on coffee mugs, koozies, clothing and hats and it adhered well to all of them, didn’t leave behind sticky residue even after 3 minutes of 430’ F it works perfectly.
