The material is a bit stretchy. The neck is 41cm, so it too is a reasonable size. Not an army shirt, but one which could easily have been privately purchased.

I love this mini backpack purse. It’s soft and lightweight and it’s cuter than I thought it would be. The extra pockets help keep things organized and I like to keep my debit cards in the back pocket so I don’t have to open the whole bag and dig around for my card. The only thing I don’t like is the straps slide and adjusts especially if I grab it by the strap so I always have to slide the buckle back up to shorten the strap. I’ve thought about putting a small zip tie or something to tighten the strap and hopefully it would stay in place.
