It is made of metal at the bicycle structure, painted upcycled newspapers are molded to make the couples body which is dressed in Ankara and the wood at bottom is painted using water based black and red paint. This was inspired by the cycling culture in Africa which is a popular mode of transport. This is an illustration of a couple carrying a calf heading to the market to vend it.
