I find it well-balanced, as it has good shock absorption while still being soft enough to cushion the soles of my feet. 3. They're versatile. For me, especially the black ones with the dark gray sole, they work for casual wear, going to the gym, walking, and short, light runs. 4. I consider them very decent shoes for walking and short runs under 5k.
