One of my favorites!

Itโs a very big bottle and has been my favorite for several months now. A lot of fish oil pills tend to be very uncomfortable to swallow but not these. I can swallow the single serving (2 capsules) at once which is not the case for most fish oil pills out there. I think these are definitely worth the money. Has definitely helped with my pain relief the past few months after being recommended to start taking this. I havenโt noticed too much in my skin health to be completely honest, i do a lot of other things with my skin and have a strict skincare routine already so i donโt think i would even really notice. I recently learned that fish can improve Skin health so itโs something iโll look out for. The quality of the pills are great iโve never once had one explode. Overall these are very effective. And they definitely affect your energy level in a positive way.
