Erst nach der Lagerung bis in den Winter hinein wird er verarbeitet. In mundgerechte Wrfel geschnitten, mit Weinessig und Gewrzen eingelegt, ist er ein guter Begleiter fr fein geschnittenen Prosciutto, oder fr Vorspeisen jeglicher Art. Inhalt 140 g, 170 ml
