Destilliert wurde in einem sogenannten Alambic Armagnacais (Pot Still). Die Destillate reiften dann fr 6 Jahre in Fssern aus Gascogne Eiche (430 l). Ein Finish erfolgte fr 6 Monate in Ex Rhum Agricole Fssern von den Husern Clment und JM (Martinique). Es wurden insgesamt 1248 Flaschen abgefllt und nummeriert. Bouquet
