Fr die schnelle und einfache Herstellung stabiler und kalter Espumas. Entfaltet seine stabilisierende Wirkung ohne Erhitzen. EspumaCold in kalte Flssigkeit einmixen. Mindestens 3h im Khlschrank ruhen lassen. In einen geeigneten Siphon fllen und mit N20 Patrone(n) begasen. Je nach gewnschter Stabilitt 0,5 bis 2,5% (100 ml Flssigkeit = 2,5 g Espuma cold).
