DessertweinHandgepflckte und handverlesene pfel und Quitten aus unserer Region keltern wir zu einem fruchtigen Obstwein. Veredelt mit unseren Brnden von der Quitte und vom Apfel, darf dieser fr bis zu 9 Monate im Kastanienfass reifen. Ein edler Tropfen, geschmeidig und mild, fruchtig aromatisch. Nicht so s wie ein Likr, nicht so trocken wie ein Fruchtwein und nicht so stark wie ein Destillat. Ein perfekter Aperitif. Alkoholgehalt: 20% vol.
